What is a paycheck advance?
Paycheck Advance loans are small, short-term (14 days or less) cash advance loans made to a borrower. Typically, a borrower writes a personal check for $100-$300, plus a fee. We agree hold the check until the borrower's next payday, usually one week to two weeks later, only then will the check be deposited. In return, the borrower gets cash immediately.

How does Paycheck Advance
work?
You feel out our easy online application then once approved, we
will fax you an agreement and authorization from that will allow
us to disburse the funds electronically directly to your personal
account and electronically debit your personal account for amount
of the payday advance and payday advance fee. It is free to apply.

How much
can I receive from a paycheck advance?
The paycheck advance can be between $75.00 and $245.00

How
do I receive the money and how do repay the advance?
You authorize us to electronically transfer funds directly into
your personal account, and to collect the amount advanced to you
along with and fees on a predetermined date.

May I pay back
my Paycheck Advance early?
Yes, you may payback your paycheck advance at anytime before the
due date. There is no discount or penalty for an early pay back.

How much does
a paycheck advance cost?
The advance fee is 15% of the advanced amount. Therefore if you
request $85.00 then the payback would be $100.00.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, After you pay off your tenth Paycheck Advance, your next Paycheck
Advance is FREE. (Not to exceed that highest amount previously borrowed).

How long is the
Paycheck Advance for?
A paycheck advance is due based upon your next paycheck date. Not
to exceed 14 days.

How soon can I receive
the money?
Once we receive your application and necessary documents, it usually
takes 30-60 minutes to process the application. With approval we
will transfer the funds immediately so you will have the money available
the very next business day. Applications received on Friday, funds
will arrive on Monday. Application received during the weekend will
be processed on Monday and funds will be available on Tuesday. If
an application is received on a National Holiday (our
holiday schedule) then the application will be processed the
next business day.

Are paycheck advances
secure?
Yes, we use a 128 bit encryption (The highest encryption available
with the Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) to make sure
your transactions are secure.

What is ACH?
ACH (Automatic Clearing House), is the electronic system setup by
banks to transfer funds between themselves.

Will I be approved?
Most people are approved unless they have returned checks, or they
have not been employed for at least three months at the same company,
or if they have other outstanding advances.

Do you require collateral?
No, we do not require any collateral.

What
are the minimum requirements for approval?
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have been full time employed with the same employer for
at least 3 months or show other verifiable steady income. No self
employment, no independent contractors, not employed by a temporary
employment agency.
A minimum of $1000.00 net income (take home) each month.
No outstanding paycheck advances.
You must have a checking account.
You must have working home phone number.
You must have access to a fax machine.

Can
I extend the advance for repayment of the Paycheck Advance?
No. You must pay the first advance in full before we issue a new
advance. Upon obtaining confirmation from your bank that your previous
advance payment has cleared, then you may request another advance.

Can
I still qualify for a paycheck advance if I have no credit history,
poor credit or a bankruptcy?
Yes, We do not check your credit with the credit bureau's. However,
we do check with Tele-Track, TeleCheck and SCAN which are NSF check
reporting services. Many of our customers have had credit difficulties
in the past. If you had a bankruptcy and it has been discharged
and meet our minimum requirements you can receive a paycheck advance.

How
much money will be withdrawn and how can I be assured that the amount
to be withdrawn from my personal account will be the amount agreed
upon?
The full amount due will be withdrawn, unless you make a payment
before the due date. For example if the advance is $85.00 and the
fee is $15.00 then we will withdraw $100.00. We will provide to
you in writing the amount to be withdrawn in our Deferred Deposit
Agreement. We are authorized to use the Federal Reserve Wiring System.
We must abide by the Federal Reserve rules. Therefore, the amount
withdrawn from your personal account will be the exact amount that
you authorized us to withdraw.

How often can I receive
an advance?
If you are a customer in good standing, you can receive an advance
whenever you like, as long as you do not currently have a paycheck
advance outstanding.

Can I receive
more than one advance at a time?
No, you may only have one advance at a time. Upon obtaining confirmation
from your bank that your previous advance payment has cleared, then
you may request another advance.

I have a paycheck advance from another company am I still eligible
to receive a paycheck advance from you?
No, you need to pay off your previous paycheck advance before you
can receive new paycheck advance.

Is
it mandatory to have direct deposit to receive a paycheck advance?
No, it is not mandatory. If you have been employed with the same
employer for at least 12 months then you may still qualify for a
Paycheck Advance.

What will
happen if I default on my advance?
DO NOT DEFAULT!!! We would not stay in business if
our customers did not honor their agreements. We reserve the right
to collect delinquent payday advances using all legal remedies available
including but not limited to legal debt collection and civil court
action. Our legal department will pursue all legal remedies. You
will be charged a $15.00 Non-Sufficient Funds fee each NSF item.
Your borrowing privileges will be terminated with Paycheck Advance.
Information will be turned over to Scan and Tele-Track services
and your check writing privileges will be terminated! Also, the
information will also be turned over to the credit bureau's delinquent
account division.
